Hana Chan

I have been a Communicator my whole life.

 

I am fluent in English because my whole family grew up in Canada. Which means my family did have to learn French as well, and being in a Canadian international school, I myself had to learn French for two years. After I was born in Vancouver, Canada, my family moved to Hong Kong and I have lived here since. Which also explains why I also understand and can communicate in both Cantonese and Mandarin. My love for learning languages has only grown, and when I move to boarding school in the UK this year, I plan on taking up a new language, Spanish.

On top of that, I was nominated by my teachers for the MYP Communicator learner profile award.
